Abattoir Manager (WC1498)

The Role


Our client is a major meat producer for all major supermarkets. They currently require an Abattoir Manager who has clear experience of working in this environment.

Applicants must have "hands on" experience of managing the department and staff in the slaughter and boning of cattle.

Working with vets, and have a knowledge of GMP in animal care is essential.

This role could be Interim to Permanent or straight Permanent opportunity.
