Approach
It is our general approach to provide "overqualified" people for the work required, as this minimises the learning process and provides a comfort zone of confidence within which we work.


We work carefully with each client to establish, in accordance with our QMS, an appropriate brief and role description for each requirement. We will then follow our internal QMS systems to match that requirement with available people. The CVs of these individuals will be submitted to our client along with pen pictures stating why we are shortlisting them and where they come in our long list (e.g. 2nd of 25).


We are always conscious of the budgetary pressure our customers face and so we seek to assist you to create longevity from your available budget to help you to maximise the return you achieve on your investment.


We have an in-house resourcing team of hands on senior managers who individually manage each requirement. This is backed up by our help-desk staff who are available to respond rapidly to your call.
