Walker-Cox holds the Catalist Framework for the provision of Senior Interim Managers across the whole of the Public Sector – accreditation won in an open, pan-European competition.

Removing any uncertainty about finding a suitably qualified interim service provider, the award of this Catalist Framework recognises our ability to provide optimum resourcing solutions.

Our qualifications? For a start, we have over 10 years' relevant public sector experience, and in 2002, were awarded OGC Buying Solutions S-Cat Frameworks (the predecessor to Catalist), in 3 categories:

  • 10b Interim Management
  • 10a HR Consulting
  • 12 General Management Consultancy

Since then, we have continuously refined our sector intelligence, to gain an in-depth understanding of working practices, and the specific capabilities and skill sets required.

In the process, we have also developed highly focussed interim recruitment teams who today work regularly with senior HR executives across all the major Government Departments, the MoD, the NHS and a wide range of NPDB’s – providing high quality interim managers for top level placements up to Board and Committee membership roles.
