We offer a wide range of recruitment services. These include finding consultants, interim managers, specialists and professionals for part time, temporary, non-executive or permanent roles. We also work closely with other organisations to extend our range from the rapid recruitment of large hourly paid teams, through database search and selection to specific individual head hunting.

We use our recruitment processes to obtain specific individuals and teams for our Interim Management needs. For example a Global Telecom organisation required a large team of accountants to work client side during a major audit. We used a wide variety of techniques to recruit a team of diverse skills.

Our interim management core capability enables us to offer "try before you buy" services on some candidates which has the added advantage of a very rapid filling of the vacancy. For a Global Metals producer we offered this service when they were looking for a Director of Procurement based in Switzerland. Within one week of our initial discussions our interim was in post and within three months was converted to permanent. This process is rapid and reduces all aspects of risk.
